Visited this branch last year in May and the service i received was atrocious. When i arrived i was ignored by STAFF and i though they were probably busy with other customers (it was not full), i found myself a spot where i could be visible to anyone passing but still no one came to my table. After siting there for about 5 minutes i decided to wave at a STAFF member but she still ignored me and went pass. I stood up and asked for the Manager and a white lady came up to me and apologised, claiming that she will personally look after me. Instead she sent through another STAFF member to look after me. I stood up and left. After concluding at the beginning of 2013 that i would never visit the Wimpy in Stoneridge due to appalling service i had received, a friend of mine convinced me to give it a try as she was craving a Wimpy breakfast. We went there yesterday 01/02/2014 and i could swear that they had new STAFF the service was completely different. The STAFF had a sense of urgency and Ivy made sure that she checked on tables. Even when we were waiting to settle our bill and were waiting in line, the cashier still managed to acknowledged us and apologise for the delay. What a turnaround
