I paid with a R200 note, the lady at the till said she'd do a spot check on the note which was all good. She continues to help other customers and considering the capacity of this store that was more the 15 customers while I waited. Over an hours wait she then refuses to take the goods back I called my daughter and she advised me to ask for the manager the lady left saying she is going to do this spot check that I was promised hours ago that resulted in another wait that was more than 30 minuteslong. This is disrespect to another level I have never in my life been treated like this I actually would never shop here again and by the looks of things there is no regard for people here. FUNNY THING is that I'm typing from my daughters phone, she came here to save me and I still haven't been saved. Wow this is amazing. The manager or assistant is still not available its now leading to a 2 hours wait my money still not in sight and the manager is not available throughout the stores one lady has just told my daughter what do I want from her and she laughs.the cashier refuses to give her name.
