Over a month late & still waiting

Glas Fit was appointed by ABSA insurance to repair a window that was damaged during a storm in November. To date the window has not been repaired although the excess has been paid. Ivan from Glas Fit seems to suffer from short term memory loss and can never recall what he says, and seems to be in a constant sate of confusion. So far I have spent 3 days wasted at home waiting for him to arrive to replace the window. His latest story is he cannot commit to anything and will not commit to when he will be able to come. I find this totally unprofessional and fail to understand how ABSA Insurance can use a supplier like this. How he manages to stay in business with service like this, is a mystery to me.
