Pathetic Service

First for Womens Moto is to provide women with a sense of security, safety and reassurance. These are big words to use, but they fall very short of that. I had an incident which happened on 17.09.13 where my window on the drivers side was shattered. It took them 5 days just to have the new window fitted in, this was after I made several calls to them as they themselves did not come back to me. I had a trip to KZN for the long weekend which had to be cancelled bec of this. I was initially told that a mobile service would come out to me but surprise surprise, i was made to drive to the fitment centre myself. never mind that there was impending rain. I was then told that the motor, the mechanism that moves the window up and down is damaged. Whether this mechanism was damaged during my incident or while the technician was fitting in the new window, we will never know. Now the motor has to be repaired. so now I'm driving a car with a window thats a quarter way up and cant move up or down. the assessment was done 24.09.13 yet my car has not been booked in to the panelbeaters as yet. i had to call this morning again only to find out that they can take my car in on 08.10.13 how frustrating
