First For Women Insurance
It took 7 days until my car window got fixed

Someone broke into my car and the passenger window was completely broken. I phoned the insurance on monday morning. They handed my case to a company called windsreen direkt. This company phoned me 4 times that day. 3 times to confirm my address which made me assume the window will be fixed the same day. The last call at 5pm that day was to inform me it will be fixed on tuesday. In addition I received an email from windscreen direkt to advise it it usually takes 1 working day. Tuesday came and neither was my window replaced nor did I receive a call or an email to inform me. Wednesday, I wrote an email and called them where I was advised the delivery of the window has been delayed but it will arrive the same day. It did not! Thursday was public holiday and friday I finally received the call the window will arrive on saturday. I then got an appointment for monday 3pm!
3pm-For one weeky my car did not have a window and could not be used. I had expenses because of this but still needed to pay R710 excess for the window. I am really dissappointed that a company called windsreen direct was not able to provide a faster service and i wasn't granted discount on excess payment
