On 23.12.2013 I notice on my receipt that my mum received from shoprite when she went to pay for the monthly payment or the guy who came and instal the DSTV gave the receipt I am not sure but the receipt says I paid R600 where as at the store I paid R650, so I called Morkels in Khayelitsha Mall an African lady said the DSTV is R650 but doesn't know why it said R600 she transfered me to someone that will help me which she transfer me to another African lady who was rude and dropped me with the phone while was talking. I called again and got through the colored lady who was very helpful and friendly. I explain everything she understood and said I have a right to know why this has happened. She took my number and my name. At 11:32am, 23.12.2013 I received a call from Joseph he was rude and told me that it was a misprint I told him that I don't understand the kind of misprint he then said I must deal with it as it is a misprint and if I think I will get my money I am wasting my time as I won't get my money back then he dropped me with the phone while I was on the phone. I waon the phone. I want a compensation and my money back the airtime I used for ththeir mistake and my time.
