Here's what happened:
1. Bought an AIM TV on 02/09/2012, paid via credit card.
2. The TV broke in Jan 2013 so I took it back however I did not have the receipt. I called their call centre who confirmed that I just need to bring my credit card statement & they will track the transaction.
3. Dropped off the TV with my credit card statement.
4. I'm called back after a week to confirm that the TV needs to be replaced & they need the receipt. I explain it was dropped off with the TV & who authorised that they accept credit card statement as proof of payment. I explain myself again.
5. They lost the statement I left, so I e-mail the statement through. I was dealing with Lorraine.
6. Every single time, I had to follow up on the progress & expected to be grateful because I did not have the receipt.
7. Its not over a month, I called in yesterday & spoke to a manager, didn't get the name, he assured me that he will look into the matter as he aware of my case it should be resolved. Still waiting no call back.
Another observation made about this branch is that the staff is unfriendly & rude. They have no concept of customer service as no one was willing to assist.
