I was in your Musica Canal Walk store yesterday and was assisted by Ncumisa who rang up my purchase. I was not greeted or acknowledged when I went to the counter as she was too busy having a conversation and laughing with another staff member who was standing on the opposite side of the counter where I was standing. She did not make eye contact with me once. Never said thank you when I handed my ClubCard, or my Cheque card. I did all the thanking for her helping me.
This is just absolute shocking customer service. I am not doing her a favour by shopping at Musica. She did not look away from her chat buddy, did not say thank you when I purchased my Blu-Ray disc, nor did she say goodbye when I left the store.
As your Mega Musica store, surely your staff should have a more customer-centric approach?
This has left a very bad taste in my mouth. This is the 3rd time in 2 weeks that I've gone to your store, and yesterday was just the cherry on the cake.
There is a short Indian female supervisor, with a bob haircut, who also has pathetic customer service. No "please" and no "thank you" to anything she does.
I will definitely NOT be returning to your store.
