On Monday morning 22/07/2013 i went to the khayelitsha mall African bank to make arrangement for my loan, the consultant called client services and i was given the phone, after explaining why i need to make the payment arrangement i was then advised i need to call collections and they are unable to transfer me. the branch consultant was kind enough to give me his self since its a free call when calling from an mtn number, i then spoke to an arrogant lady Gracia (something, think it sounds similar but African, zulu or sotho), i kept explaining my story several times before asking her if she was going to help me or not, she was laughing and didnt seem to care. she gave me an unbelievably rude attitude while wasting my time. i decided to drop the call after minutes seeing that i wasn't being helped, told the branch consultant was happened ans left the branch without being assisted. African bank has the worst customer service i have ever experienced.
