I'm a very active shopper at the Spar in Lenasia South. On more than 1 occasion, the store has advertised a sale and low and behold never has stock. I have experienced this with the Spar milk and butter. I am very convinced that the Owner deliberately stores sale items for a later date as I have even bought items later only to discover that it was expired. I am very appalled that he constantly does this and get away with it. Does head office not look into such matters? My recent incident is when the butter was advertised Nationally and no surprise they "have'nt received stock" I've been there at least 3 times and called over a dozen times and the same answer. Come on people, stop cheating loyal customers. Why do we as customers constantly have to dig in our heels to get fair service? This is a store part of a well known brand and yet customers are treated so badly!
