RANDPARK RIDGE SPAR. This is an incredibly badly run store. I know from other members of the community that there have often been complaints but this seems to be as far as it goes. Should you wish to buy some basics, bread milk you should be fine anything more than that and its not worth the trip. The bakery leaves a lot to be desired with very little fresh baked goods. The fruit and veg is not even worth a mention. The shelves are more often empty than they are full. I have experienced them not even having stock of something basic as peppercorns. There have also been times when I have been there at lunch time and there is not one pie avl for sale. Yesterday they were completely out of stock of 500ml cokes. The reason... its been hot!! At what point do the management of this store get a talking to. They have a "no care" attitude and seem to have no clue about running a Spar. The only thing going for them is the fact that they have great staff members. The ladies are always friendly and pleasant and nod their heads in agreement when the customers complain. Surely there must be some standard that they need to adhere to when trading under the Spar brand???
