I have no problem with Pick 'n Pay as a retailer and it is one of my favourite stores to shop at. I am a loyal customer and have been for years. I feed my two dogs Nutriphase (or I did until recently). From time I started them on Nutriphase, a bag was priced at around R120 - R140. However, in the past two months, the price has shot over the R200 mark. How is this possible and how come EVERY time a product is given a packaging makeover, the consumer ends up paying so much more? I am now unable to feed my dogs a food I know was really good for them and which they flourished on. I accept price increases are inevitable but come on, Pick and Pay? This much???
