I wrote about two weeks ago in connection with the lack of stock at the Bluff Super Spar and once again this morning I find this is the case. Items which are advertised on special just do not seem to be on the shelves, or there are maybe one or two limited items (i.e. not a variety of flavours as in the case of yoghurt etc.). I shop in the morning before work and Bluff Super Spar do not seem to consider their morning customers. This morning when I complained to manager about the lack of stock on the shelves he simply looked at me and never even bothered to reply - disgusting attitude! When I asked one of the staff to check if there was stock she dismissed me rather rudely and then, when pressed disappeared for ages and never came back. I prefer to shop in the morning before work, and miss the crowds, but Bluff Super Spar are intent on trying to force their customers back to the store, to procure items on special. The whole attitude is dismissive and disgusting and warrants me taking my business elsewhere. And no thanks for the lack of reply for my last complaint - not good business policy at all!
