My card. Needed to be replaced and as such the in store assistant Frieda, who has assisted us and provided very good customer service to us, has been on the phone for over an hour trying to resolve the problem. It has been over an hour and still Frieda is on the line waiting for a call centre operator to assist! This is highly ridiculous, I am beyond irritated at this stage!!! Get the call centre staff to please do what they get paid to do!!! Highly off and irritated customer!!!
