I received earings on Friday and I took them back on Saturday because they are not my type of earings and as I know earings are not returnable so I took them back in their original packaging and was very disappointed to be told that they do not have proof that I did not wear the earings therefore I was called a in the most polite way ever which is very uncalled for as I have always been a loyal customer to TFG. In my view "hygenic reasons" applies when earings are worn, which I did not do, and to add, I think for you to call me a you must have proof of that I did wear the earings. The earings were bought cash. As a result of being so offended I left the earings at Sterns Westgate mall then and there as I did not want to be called a once more when I sent this email as I have clearly seen that this is a policy for you to call loyal customers liars because of your "hygenic" policy as I was called a by the manager herself. I am very disappointed with the treatment I received. If this is how I am goung to be repaid for my loyalty then thank you for the past great service you have rendered but I'd rather take my loyalty else where, where it will be noticed and appreci
