Faulty external harddrive

On 2013-12-06 my external drive became faulty. I requested a return of the product on takealot website. I received a Returns Confirmation (Reference: RRN-9b41-5815) (request #73418). I arranged that the hard drive to be picked up at 24 Tuinstreet, Bothasig, Moorreesburg. Since 2013-12-07 I have contacted takealot on 0861 222 989 several times, I only get promises that the external harddrive will be picked up by their courier service every time the next day. I was even called by the courier service . the last was to be today. It seems that no one knows where Moorreesburg are. I am very dissatisfied with the service of takealot. I am a customer since they were take 2 and has ordered a lot of products from them.
