I'm trying since 9am this morning to get through to the accounts department to no avail. Nobody bothers to answers their phones and if somebody does, they hang up without saying a word. The last person to hang up was Princess. The lady from switchboard also tried to connect me to a consultant to no avail. Can somebody please contact me urgently to confirm the settlement amount on my personal loan?
