I settled my loan account on the 28th January 2013 and requested Nembulu Nembulu, C. (Cleopatra) to provide me with a paid up letter. On the morning of the 22th January 2013 I was given a settlement of R39909.72 for my personal loan with Nedbank. My account was debited with R1402 the evening of the 22th January 2013. On the 28th January 2013 I paid the settlement amount of R39909.72 in full, and requested for the R1402 to be refunded to me to no avail. On the 29th January 2013 I spoke with Cleopatra Nembulu to assist me with my query and to provide me with a paid up letter to no avail. I am given a different story every time I email Cleopatra regarding the paid up letter and the refund of R1402 which is due to me. I am absolutely disgusted by their service.
