Late today I went to USave to purchase my electricity at Market Str. When I got there were 3 cashiers servicing very long ques. I stood in the middle till point n there were about 7 people in front of me and lots more behind me. When it was my turn to pay after waiting for very long to get there a gentleman who was servicing that till point rudely told me he cannot help me cause he`s closed I must go to other till points. First of all you put up a closed sign and secondly as an employee you don't become rude and cheeky to customers. I'm told this guy is a supervisor in the store but clearly he's doing a poor job if he can only open 2 tills on such a busy shop and still have a bad attitude. I'm highly disappointed at the service level in that store.
