Still no response

I've always been so happy with kalahari's service in the past, but after the service I've been getting during the past weeks, I dont know if I'll make use of them again. Placed my orders 10 Dec.By 12/12 I was told that the first order is going to be delivered that same day (still hasn't happened). As soon as I received an e-mail, telling me that my other order is going to be late, I phoned (13/12) and cancelled items that was going to make the parcel late and was assured that I would then received it early that week. In the meantime I've made numerous phonecalls, at my expense, to try & find out what happend to the parcels which never arrived. Spoke to Gershwin (2), Shanna, Heather & 2 other persons whose names I didn't get. Every time I was assured that it will be sorted out and that I will receive my parcels that same day. Still didnt happen. 20/12 I sent a e-mail with a complaint, still have not received a response. I ended up cancelling my order 20/12, and went to buy some of the items that afternoon to replace the xmas presents. Just to be phoned next morning by the courier wanting to deliver the goods! I told him it was cancelled. On my account the orders are still not cancelled!!
