It is with serious concern that not once or twi but 3 times during the current July month that whenever i visited the store to make a simple purchase or payment onto my account there was only one cashier at the customer services till. i ended having to leave the store and make payment at the Jet Store just a few stores away from your shop due to the amount of time i was waiting "just" to make payment. To my surprise at Jet (Mind you this was on a Sunday) they had 5 cashiers assiting plus two (Cashiers) on new accounts helping... so clearly someone somewhere is not doing their job. rather close shop on sunday if the service is going to be that terrible. it is also not fair to the employee who takes strain due to the overload of work. hope this does not fall on deaf ears!
