So! On the 21 day after I purchased my Samsung TV from Game-Cresta (I realised that it was faulty and not playing) I returned the product to the shop and from Customer Service Ladies to the TV department crew it was all smooth sailing. The Samsung guy / Technician was also called to assist me and whilst waiting I was asked by more people if I need any assistance. Long Story short; I was given a brand new product and everyone was all smiles and helpful. Thank you Game Team - Cresta and not forgetting the Samsung support staff/Mustafa.
