On the 21st of April 2013 I paid 12000.00 rand to dynamic vacuum solutions for a Kirby vacuum cleaner. The sales consultant asked me to sign the relevant documents authorizing them to deliver the machine to me as they did not have stock. After two weeks, I called the company to find out when I will be receiving the machine. Mr Keshaan Maharaj (the consultant that sold the machine to me) told me that he will check what's going on and inform me ASAP. After a week of no response I called in again and the consultant said that the machine was delivered. Till this day I have not received the machine and the company says that there is nothing that they can do.
