Overcharge on sale item

I bought 3 cardigans on the Zara sale. I paidnR199 . It was not marked as sale item but was on the table marked "all items R129". When I returned 2 days later (today), I queried the price as the Same cardigan on the table was now marked down to R129 instead of theR199 that I had paid. I asked for the discount and was told by the manager that it was "human error". They would not even give me the discounted price. They were not interested and told me to email head office. It's a cheek.
Surely they can be diplomatic and allow the customer the discount. That would have been the correct thing to do and the manager could have override the system.
Bad pr for them

The worst part is that they had sold all the cardigans, so I couldn't bring them back and then buy them again at the discounted price.
