No man - Enough is Enough!!!

My Mother-in-Law passed away on 06/11/2011. On 14/11/2011, I handed a death certificate to Edgars Alberton together with an Affidavit, because a death certificate was not good enough due to all the taking place with Edgars club Claims. As a club member her account would be settled. A year later 18/10/2012 I recieved endless demands from Jayashree Lallmun, working for Collections and then for National Security Company. Later received lawyers letters and other communication. I responded to it, faxed a death certificate with the story to 0866 112 448. Now another year later 06/12/2013, I recieved another letter of demand from a different lawyer, now quoting a different account number, with my mother-in law's name and surname. The question that comes to mind- DO YOU ONLY WORK AT THE END OF THE YEAR??? When will it actually get through to Edgars that this lady passed away. She was an Edgars Club member and the account would have been settled on 14/11/2011. That is why I had to go and get an Affidavit, because you were not prepared to take a death certificate only. Can somebody in Edgars please help???
