I bought a Bosch shrub shear from Kalahari dot com a couple of months ago and the charger conked out so I asked to return it. Kalahari are very good about collecting returns, they fetched it from me by courier around 20 November. I was told the supplier cannot repair this item, so I was promised a full refund. But now to get the money back, oh dear me. I was told I must wait for the credit to appear on my account as per their website before I could request a refund to my bank account. So the refund appeared as a credit and I followed the instructions for refund. So now there is no credit on my account, but no refund either. I phoned their payments department yesterday, the call agent could not work out what was going on either but promised to call back yesterday, which he didn't do. So where is the R1299 floating around, in what suspense account?
