A Friend and i went to McDonalds At 3:15 AM on Sunday 12th of january to get some food.
when we got there the drive through was "blocked" with bricks so we decided to go inside.
When we reached the door the security guard told us that they were closed and the system was offline. we asked when i would be back online, and he replied again saying "no we are closed".
We then asked to talk to a manager upon which he once again just said "we are closed"
We walked to the KFC across from the McDonalds store we were more than willing to assist us.
after placing our order we saw the security open the door for other people and watched as they were able to place their order with no problems.
this is the worst service/lack of there of, that i have ever received from your establishment!!
Don't put a 24/7 sign outside your facility unless you are open 24/7
Why can we not speak to a McDonalds representative upon request? why are we speaking to a security guard??
