Hi, I visited Legit Jabulani mall on Monday 16th September after driving for an hour. I arrived at 17;52 at legit to be precise, the door was closed and guarded by a mean looking security lady that walked away from the door as I waved to greet. A young lady ("Mpho") approached the door, stared as if I was lost or looking for a job. I asked what time does the store close, she responded, at 6pm. I showed Mpho my watch to display the time according to the customer; she retaliated by showing me her watch that displayed 18;05.To my surprise, EDGARS and JET were still opened at 18;05 .When I outlined the above fact Mpho bluntly told me that her two sister stores have wrong watches. I am disappointed as I never shop at Legit being my first time I had high expectations. I don't think I'll ever go back there purely hence of lazy staff like Mpho. Please EDCON, stop employing people who do not value their customers, people who compromise EDCON' culture and market share. If daily budget was achieved for the day, GREAT, but operating hours should be clearly communicated to customers. OPERATING UNTIL BUDGET MADE.The store manager should invest in a huge electronic clock that will not be tempered with by Mpho!
