On the 2nd of December 2013 I send a parcel from Cape Gate Postnet to Pretoria I was not even informed 3 days later that the parcel was back with Posnet and they said if I wanted to recent it that I should pay another R165.00 as to which I made a scene they send the parcel again but yet again they send it incorrectly and only 2 days later. When I phone them to follow up on the location of the parcel they said they will phone me back as 3 times before but no phone call it's the 12th of December 2013 and the parcel was only delivered today also wrongly but luckily the lady accepted the parcel on behalf of the person that needs to collect the parcel. I've been dealing with Postnet for many years as a business owner in Centurion and never have I came across something so bazar as this. As a business owner now in Cape Town I will never make use of Posnet Cape Gate ever again. Very Bad Service!!!
