Poor Sales service

On the 20th Of December We applied for Payment terms at House and Home Mayville Pretoria.

All the necisarry Documents ect was there and we were told latest @1st we will have an answer.

On the 23rd Of December we went back to the store and the sales person that helped us was not on duty. We were assisted by someone else on why it was not done. A correction was done and said we will have an answer the next day.

As they were open on the 26th of December we phoned and were told that we will be contacted by the sales person that assisted us. Hendrik never called back. On Friday the 27th of December we went to the store again. Hendrik appoligised that he forgot to put the request through to head office. But it was approved so he will see that delivery gets done.

What a joke then the last unit was sold to another customer the previous day. We will only be able to get ours on the Monday. Not acceptable so I spoke to the Manager. Also no joy. So we cancelled the contract.

If he did his work we would have had a wall unit and them a customer.
