You seem to be happy to lose me as a loyal client and just like your supervisor Graig, you clearly set in your ways with your approach to customer care and their complaints. All my response emails & fax sent to you clearly " went lost" on your side. In future I will spend my money somewhere else, like Checkers House and Home Cape Gate, Pick 'n Pay Hypermarket Brackenfell and Giant Hyper Cape Gate. Where I can only commend those three stores for their excellent customer service levels and always going the extra mile for their customers. My recent bad experience with has just left a sour taste in my mouth, although it was convenient to shop at Makro Cape Gate as it has everything under one roof, I'll rather drive to different stores instead of visiting your store again in the future, where customer care is a priority. I will spread the word and encourage friends and family to do the same.
