I went to Woodmead to exchange the Nike sneakers i bought for my child as there were a small size, getting they advise that we need to go the cashier straight which we did and the cashier advise that they will change it as the shoes were dirty and she called the manager and the manger said as per rules and regulations they will not change it and when i look at one sneaker it had dust as my child could not fit it size was not right. I then ask her if i washed it will they change it as it on the tip and it had dust then she kept quiet. I then went outside wipe the dust off and went back and suddenly they exchange /refund me. Why did she check properly if they were actually dirty before deciding that they will not refund me. The manner of approach was unbearable, she did not give me an option to decide on just we will not refund u.. This was so bad that my child never wanted me to buy her the shoes there anymore...
