Complaint / review / scam report
On Thursday 20 December 2013 I took back item which did not fit. I bought it 9 November 2013. I live in a neighbouring town 70km from Vryburg, it was the first opportunity I had to go to Vryburg, I couldn't go earlier due to work situation, a I knew the garment should have been taken back 9 Dec 2013. I was trusting them to help me as it happened once or twice in the past that I was up to two weeks late, but they understood my situation as I am a customer with them for 22 years! I stood in a very long queue for 45 minutes, lots of customers pushed themselves into the queue to be helped before me. Supervisor did not do anything about it, but I did not complain. Then they refused to take garment back, as it was "late" Clerk refused, supervisor refused, manager refused. I phoned headoffice in Cape Town who said it could be taken back if manager is empathic to my problem. If he is unsure, he could phone regional office. I went back and asked to talk to manager again. I waited another 30 minutes but he did not come. Then I had to leave. I feel they really could have helped me, as the garment was in super condition, not worn, and they helped me before. They also did not give back card
