Delivery of Requested Garment

Morning Natasha,

As per your telephonic conversation with my mother on the 10-10-2013, you told her that the garment would arrive at the Eastgate branch late last week but we have heard nothing to state that the garment is ready for collection, unless it has arrived and we haven't been contacted yet?? And someone else has purchased it??

And then there is the matter of store-to-store transfer, which I assume no one knows about, I spoke to a lady by the name of Pamela and she said that you need an account for them to deliver the item from one store to another. Because I don't have account all she can do is contact the branch that has the item and ask them to keep it aside, until we can fetch it!
My mother asked Sibongile and she said the same, that we need an account.

Bedford Centre was the only one where a lady by the name of Wendy was helpful and told us that she can get the garment we want delivered to Bedford Centre - unfortunately that branch closed down.

I would like to know what is happening with the garment (Jacket)?? Should I forget about it??
