Today we went to go watch a movie at Tygervalley. Everything went perfect until we got to the catering section where things started going wrong for the second time in a row ironically with the same manager on duty as the last time. There was absolutely no discipline and people were ignoring the actual queue and forming their own one closer to the counter obviously then being helped before us even though we've been there first. The ladies behind the counter completely ignored us even when we complained that we were the ones in the correct queue which forced us to move to the other one where everyone was being helped instead. After that the manager arrived and asked us to move to the correct queue where we just came from. We complained that we were not being helped when we stood there but he refused to address the situation basically just ignoring us and just wanting us to move. As soon as we moved back to where we've just been he disappeared. This has been the second similar incident happening to me at Tygervalley and I can definitely say I will not be going back. There is a lot of people that needs jobs, please get someone who can actually do it right.
