I ordered a gobii touch screen on Wednesday (24 hours delivery) and the order has been sitting in status: Ready To Ship with no feedback or movement. I have emailed several times, requesting updates with no response. The call centre is not answering and the voice mail is full so I can't leave a message. Please advise when I can expect to receive this parcel.
