I placed an order on the 19th December for a Jump-o-lene Castle Bouncer for my grandson for Christmas. The Order number: 1001210542. I also ordered an e book. I made payment with my husbands credit card. The delivery was indicated as Dispatched within 24 hours (1 working day). The eBook was available immediately, however the Jump-o-lene was on hold, so I called to see what the issue was, and I was told that as the order was over R 900, they needed to validate the card in case it was used. How can you release part of an order if that was a valid reason for the delay. So on the 23rd the order was released, but not dispatched. Again I called, and this time the excuse was that the warehouse had not dispatched, but they would, and I would receive the item on the 27th... how do you explain to a child that they won't be getting a [resent until after Christmas... I cancelled the order... The money has not been refunded and they tried to deliver the item today 27th December... too little too late, I sent it back, as I had spent the 24th hunting for a replacement...
Shocking service, I will NEVER make use of them again
