Paid for a lounge suite and was told they have stock and I would get it delivered in 2 weeks . 2 weeks came and went and sales agent does not give feedback. Upon following up with store am told sales agent is not in but as per their "system" stock will be at their warehouse on date X and then get delivered a day later and still no delivery and have been back and forth with sales agent Ismael and his manager Vincent who promise to call back and never do and to date still no lounge suite delivered. Money paid in full BUT does not match the service - poor poor poo
