I frequent the Edgars store at Chatsworth Centre, after having many unpleasant encounters, I was inconvenienced to shop at other branches but Regional Manager based at Pavilion then, Mr Sudesh Pawaar, asked me to revisit the store after addressing the issue concerned and I am glad I did, I remain faithful to the company, more especially at Chatsworth all because of a pleasant admin manager, Deon Munien. I met Deon recently but what a customer friendly admin manager he is. He is extremely helpful and very patient. You are blessed with staff like Deon. You can clearly see how passionate Deon is about his job and customer satisfaction. Something very rare in retail nowadays. I visited the store today to order a Jep shirt & Deon so willingly facilitated my request. I would urgently like to ask that you please forward this message to the person responsible for this compliment (Deon). Managers MUST do this as it encourages their staff to work consistently.
