Poor service

I visited the store on 26dec looking for a dinner set. I asked for assistance from 3 people and all said they were busy yet the store was quiet, only about 2 customers. I left without being assisted and audaciously one staff member whom I requested assistance from causally walks out the store to get a snack from the store across.
