Our cheap whirlpool gas oven has a faulty sensor and when calling to arrange for service call they insist on a certificate of compliance from the installer. I don't have this. So they refuse to help. So when I asked if the technician couldn't do this the answer was NO. When I asked why, the "kind" lady on the phone hung up on me! WOW Whirlpool SA - you are setting new standards for helpfulness!! Rest assured that I will never consider your brand ever again. A brand is only as good it's support, and yours!
