I would like to advice that we purchased gorilla Spray Gun (through Leserskring) in October 2013 and made a complaint on Verimark web site in November 2013 to advice that the Gorila spray gun was damaged reason being each time you spray and you pull the lever where it is suppose to be only to spray water the water goes into the container that has the car shampoo in and it wastes the shampoo. I was sent an e-mail advising I will receive feedback or a phone call with in 24HRS up to today the 27/12 2013 I have received absolutely no feedback or phone call from them. I also purchased the, The Renovator Deluxe Multi-Tool Kit 37 Pieces (through Leserskring) that I had purchased for my husband for Christmas as he opened it and found a connector that must be attached to the cables inside the Renovator came out and fell into the box this is really unacceptable as this was a Christmas gift and now he can not even use it I feel very disappointed in Verimark why do I not get any response and why do you sell equipment if it is not correctly completed. I would like to have some response hopefully I will get response on here but I am not holding my breath.
