I've just had enough now. We bought genesis steam iron for R600 in march 2013. We have had an exchange in July 2013 and on 2 Nov 2013 I've send and mail to Isaac at verimark and have had no response as yet. I need an exchange or my money back, this product quality is pathetic. Once again the iron spray button and steam button get stuck and it's plastic. This iron is at this stage not even warming enough to iron clothes. I need this sorted asap
