I'm not happy with the work that was done on my car. Perrins damaged my handbrake and made two tears in the leather. There are paint spray speckles on my bonnet. It was supposed to be a simple 2/3 day panel repair and spray. However they had my car for five days and still could not ensure quality workmanship. How and why they managed to damage my handbrake, I just dont know. They could have made an effort to resolve it on the Sat that I called. A more apologetic tone would have been appreciated as well. I had to relocate to Jhb else I would definitely have brought it in. Now I have to have it repaired in Jhb and spend more money doing so. This was such a waste of my time and money!!!
