A very unhappy consume

I was in jabulani mall and was approached by a guy who works for home choice as he was promoting there. I placed an order and he told me my first payment would be February month end. A few weeks later I received my order and it wasn't what I ordered. So I thought just to avoid a lot of things I would pay for it. Later on I got a call from a consultant from home choice head office who told me I had to start paying December month end, the consultant was so rude to an extend that I decided I don't want the order anymore. She told me I have to go to the post office and send it back to them and I would have to pay for the parcel to be sent back. First they give me false information, then they sent me a wrong order, then I get called by a rude consultant, then I'm expected to spend my time, energy and money to send the parcel back or pay for it. I had to use my own airtime to call them to lodge a complain and they promised to get back to me and they didn't! Now I'm stuck with an order which I have a deadline to send it back or pay for it.
I'm so disappointed with home choice & wouldn't recommend anyone to buy from them. Bad is an understatement of di scribing the kind of service I got!!
