Home choice taking customers for granted

I ordered a bedroom suit at Home choice last year at the beginning of August 2013.i am a home choice customer for more than 18 years and my house is full of Home choice brand but I was so disappointed when Home choice failed to honor their promise that the items will be delivered at the end of September 2013 and they promised that first payment will be at the beginning of February 2014.
I send an email at the beginning of October 2013 asking about the order and the consultant said the color of the item is no longer available and they offered me another colour and I said they must cancell the order because they donot have the colour of my choice. The consultant convinced me that she will get the colour of my choice and the order will be delivered at the mid of November 2013. They further did not honor the promise I called again at the beginning of December 2013 they deliver one item a bedroom small chair. Since then nothing was delivered.at the mid of January I send them an email enquiring about other items.they responded that the items were returned because I was not happy I about it and that was not the truth
