I have an account with Edgars an lately i havent been using it because there are after.
the last one happen in June and it was still under investigation when I got a statement and realised that it has happened again without anybody informing me.
this is so tiring and draining because now all my policies has been cancelled, I cannot use account that was suppose to be mine. i reported this matter and filed the dispute forms twice because apparently the first one was lost and now it has been almost 6 months since i have been told my query in the queue, everytime i go to the store im told the same story.
could anybody please help regarding this matter.
