Still no feed back from CTM

Following on from the faulty tiles we have had no response from CTM at all. We have not yet been advised if the replacement boxes of tiles have been delivered from Ladysmith. As the builders are now shut, this delay caused by the purchase of faulty tiles has now cost us at least a 3 week delay and still no apology from CTM. Obviously customer service is not one of their priorities.
