Worst service at till point eve

I paid for my clothes, and the lady wanted to give me a new cash card, because mine is apparently out dated. She asked the cashier to her left, Anna, to help me. She wasn't happy about this. She asked me to write down my ID number, cell phone number and my name. After doing so she kept speaking in Tswana (I think) which meant I couldn't understand. Her tone of voice was very offensive. Clearly she did not want to help me. She kept saying something to a manager, who was clearly uncomfortable and answered her in English. After several minutes I had enough of this girls attitude and behavior that I demanded my card back and made it very clear to her that I find her behavior rude and inappropriate. First of all, she is dealing with a client that spoke English. Complaining about helping her client in another language is just bad taste! I spend thousands of rands here, and I pay cash. After this incident I am seriously considering moving my business elsewhere! I have been a very loyal customer for years and I've never left any Edgars store this mad.
