I called steers this afternoon and got the worst service ever!!! I am very angry, the lady by the name of Mashudu Mulaudzi answered the phone and spoke in her language(tswana/sotho).i asked her to speak in English as I did not understand her, she mumbled something and put the fone aside.Someone else had to get the fone a guy by the name of matome makganyu who did not want to give his name as he did not know who he was speaking to(does it matter). In all of this I just needed info about debonairs' number(if it was working or not) which had been busy for 30mins!
I have gotten used to the bad service at debonairs, but I keep coming back as I cannot order elsewhere.I did not expect such service from steers though, terrible!!! The worst part is, i find out Mashudu is a MANAGER!!! How does that happen, i don't expect her to speak English but at least say so and not be rude towards customers.Unfortunately I love steers and debonairs and there is no other branch I can order from.
